No one seems to know the true identity of the legendary "Men In Black" (M.I.B's) cryptic characters with pale skin, black trenchcoats, fedoras & hypnotic black eyes that threaten witnesses of UFO sightings. Special Agent Rafferty will soon find out all about these mysterious men when he is thrown into a maelstrom of action & intrigue after the top secret cryogenic transport he is assigned to protect is attacked.

Eventually Rafferty learns that the M.I.B.'s are actually Marcabians from the Orion Constellation, whose sole purposes is to use the portal they are building in collaboration with out government as a gateway on a mission to invade Earth. Can Rafferty and Comdor a peace offier from the star system Pleiades save Earth?
