Jodie Foster stars as Linda, a young girl living in the Five Corners district of the Bronx. Linda's life becomes a terrifying nightmare when she becomes the target of an obsessed psycho (played by John Turturro). As the tension mounts in this once peaceful neighborhood, it becomes clear that several lives will never be the same again. The film also feature Tim Robbins.
