Countdown The Sky's On Fire stars Jon Corbett (Northern Exposure, Volcano, The Visitor) as top environmental researcher Evan Thorne; Josie Bissett (Melrose Place, The Doors) and Ben Browder (Party Of Five) who aid Throne, along with renegade television reporter (Bradly Whitford) against the reluctant corrupt head of the Committee on Atmospheric Research (Tom Irwin), Dr. Aaron Schiffren, the same man who allows powerful corporations to pollute the atmosphere in order to keep his coveted goverment position.
As the first terrifying signs of the apocalypse ominously begin and with time for a full-scale evacuation of the city running out Thorne and his team must embark on a daring last-ditch attempt to save millions!
