Anatoly Federov is a former agent of the KGB turned top lieutenant in the Russian Mafia. As the most dangerous smuggler of secrets vital to U.S. national security, Federov has broken a deal with the Chinese Triads to steal U.S. military technology and auction them to foreign, hostile governments.
The FBI has been monitoring Federov's movements, and agent Ethan Marshall is determined to tear down Federov's international weapons smuggling ring. Although relentlessly pursued by Marshall Federov manages to successfully eluude the FBI.
By chance, Samantha a sexy lethal bounty hunter acquires the package containing the military secrets which Federov wants. Desperate to recover the package, Federov kidnaps Sam's sister and unleashes his elite team of deadly mercenaries to retrieve it by extreme force.
Agent Marshall, intent on preventing the package from falling into Federov's possession, teams up with Sam, who is masterfully skilled in martial arts and weapons training. Together, they annihilate Federov's soldiers and launch a tremendous assualt on his headquarters to save Sam's sister and to terminate Federov's smuggling operation for good.
