Leaping onto television screens in 1978, The Professionals, created by Brian Clemens, provided a lethal mix of serious crime, dangerous missions, fast cars, funky music & best of all, non-stop action. The partnership of Martin Shaw & Lewis Collins with veteran actor Gordon Jackson proved a popular combination with audiences, running for 5 series until 1982.
