Making A Case For MurderIcon_movClass_M

1989, 90 minutes, Rated M

On a cold December night in 1986, three black men sought refuge in a small restaurant. What happened that night shocked the entire city of New York.

A group of white teenagers cornered the three black men and attacked then with tree limbs and a baseball bat. One of the black men required sixty six stitches to close his wounds. His stepson was not so lucky, he was chased onto a nearby highway and killed by a passing car.

Was it murder, or just a party that gotten out of hand? Did the police act properly or did they intentionally allow the white murderer to drive away? These were the questions that were about to make the city of New york erupt in racial violence.
