2002, 92 minutes, Rated M

It is a hot summer day in Dallas Texas and Chris Myers (Adam Baldwin) has just been fired from his job. Chris is packing up his office when he gets a call from his wife Karen. "Honey, I just got a call from the day care centre. They said you never dropped off Joshua. Where is he?" As the horror of the moment hits him, Chris drips everything and runs out of the office and down the stairwell. He runs across the parking lot as the heat from the pavement beats upwards. He reaches his car frantically unlocks the door, but is too late. A tiny limp hand dangles from the car seat, clutching a set of plastic keys.

At the funeral, Chris breaks down, nearly killing himself. Finally, he cannot take it, and escapes to the streets to live life as a homeless man, searching for the redemption that will set him free, which may mean ultimately trading his life for that of another.
