Eva really wants a pet. Eva's parents really don't. So what's a young girl to do when a pet attaches itself to her in the park and it's cute, cuddly and hilarious. Now (secretly) Eva has a pet monkey she names Dodger.

What Eva doesn't know is that Dodger is one of America's most wanted. A kleptomaniac trained to relieve admirers of their valuables without their knowledge. He is owned by Azro, a gypsy hustler who will do anything to get him back, especially now that some of the biggest crooks in town also want Dodger to work for them!

It's non-stop excitement and fun as Eva and Dodger get up to nothing but monkey business in this wonderfully entertaining comedy.
