Five mischievous misfits cause a commotion on the ocean in the family favourite Slappy And The Stinkers.

During a humdrum-filled trip to the Springville aquarium, The Stinkers get the bright idea to kidnap Slappy and return him to the ocean. Unfortunately, there's another sea lion-napper on the premises, with other plans for Slappy's future... in a Bulgarian circus. The Stinkers will have to pull out all the stops to save Slappy from circus life.
