Seven years after agreeing to a pact that states that the last Tomcat to take the plunge and get married walks away with $250,000, Michael (Jerry O'Connell from Mission To Mars) finds himself in some serious hock to a menacing casino crook (Bill Maher). His only hope of salvation is to get the only other still-swinging Tomcat married as quick as possible...but macho superjock Kyle (Jake Busey from Starship Troopers) might need a little convincing first!,
The quest to be the last Tomcat swinging is crazed and colourful, featuring a painful lesson in bondage and a chaotic hospital chase after a runaway testicle!
