In the spine tingling tradition of 'The Others', 'The Sixth Sense' and 'The Haunting', Saint Ange is a psychological thriller layered with intelligence, mystery and a morbid sense of dread.
It is 1960 and a young woman has been dispatched to a enarly abandoned WWII orphanage in the remote French Alps. Anna (Virginie Ledoyen from 'The Beach') has been told that there are only two occupants of this brooding, cavernous edifice - an elderly cook and a fragile, disturbed orphan. When Anna sets about her task of cleaning the endless corridors and maze of darkened rooms, she beings to suspect that all is not as it seems at Saint Ange.
Beyond the shadows and behind the walls, something or someone is living, breathing, watching and moving. For Saint Ange holds a dormant secret that was long meant to be forgotten. And now it has been awoken.
