A high-ranking Israeli diplomat and his famliy are brutally murdered by a terrorist gang. Among the assassins are Maude (Kasey Walker) and Gavril (Muhamad Bakri), two of the most deadly and sought-after terrorists in the world.

Maude and Gavril are in the service of a rebel group attempting to overthrown the government of Jamal.

Colonel Halloran (Brian Keigh) has just received official orders assigning him to Jamal as the Assistant Defense Attache. He sends for Gunnery Sergeant Jack Burns (Fred Dryer) and orders him and his troop of highly-trained reconnaissance Marines to go with him to the American Embassy.

Officially in Jamal to be in charge of Marine security, Burns soon finds himself in the midsts of terrorist violence.

Colonel Halloran and Ramirez (Joey Gian), one of his men, are kidnapped and taken to the rebel's camp where they are tortured. In retaliation Burns and his men grab their arsenals and head for the rebel camp, going against their orders to evacuate the city.

They are outnumbered and outgunned, but there is no turning back because now, as always it is "Death Before Dishonor".
