Bob hears of a plan to build on Sunflower Valley, a beautiful place where he played as a youngster. Bob imagines the valley turning into a noisy, smelly city and realises that he's got to act - he needs a Big Plan!

With the help of his trusty team, Bob wins the contract to build at Sunflower Valley but in a very different and special way, by promising to "Reduce... Reuse... Recycle!!"
