"The Eye" (Ewan McGregor "Star Wars: Episode 3 - The Revenge Of The Sith") is a surveillance expert with the British Secret Service assigned to track a beautiful woman, Joanna (Ashley Judd "Delovely") who is suspected of blackmailing the son of a U.S. senator. When he spies her murdering the senator's son, he radios headquarters to arrest him. But before he has made contact, he sights a surveillance photo he has taken of Joanna in which a ghostly image of his missing daughter appears. It is a profound and defining moment for The Eye who has been haunted by her loss for eight years. Suddenly and decisively he cuts his link to Hilary (K.D. Lang), his contact at HQ, and fixates on protecting Joanna. As her murder spree takes her across country. The Eye's obsession becomes so intense, he loses all sense of morality and beings covering all evidence of each and every one of her killings.
