Sergeant James Dunn (Keenen Ivory Wayans: Scary Movie, The Glimmer Man) a decorated Gulf War veteran, highly trained Sniper and the most wanted man in America.
When Dunn is convicted of killing a superior officer he is sentenced to die in a military prison. But a last minute visit from Lt. Colonel Grant Casey (Jon Voight: National Treasure, The Manchurian Candidate) gives him a reprieve on his sentence.
Casey promises Dunn that he will be a free man. All he has to do is eliminate a reclusive industrial scientist who is selling biochemical weapons on the black market. But when the assassination goes horribly wrong, Dunn finds himself entangled in a nationwide conspiracy and number one on America's most wanted list.
