Brighton Beach New York is known as Little Odessa, for it is here that Babushkas walk the streets in traditional Russian furs and English is rarely heard. But beneath the exotic exterior of Ukranian cafes, lurks more sinister influences. The Russian mob control the streets and no-one in Little Odessa can escape the brutal rule. Those that don't tow the line will be found in a dumpster with a bullet in the head and no-one will have seen a thing.
It is to this dangerous world that the fugitive hitman, Joshua Shapira (Tim Roth - Pulp Fiction), returns. Disowned by his family and wanted by the mob, he is back to carry out another killing.This town has seen some devastation in its time, but when Shapira returns, Little Odessa will be shaken to the core.
