Come to laugh, come to cry, come to terms... again. The Evening Star continues the love, laughter and trials of the irrepressible Greenway family, which began more than a decade ago in the Oscar Winning Best Film of the 1983 Terms Of Endearment.
Although years have passed, Aurora Greenway (Shirley MacLaine reprising the role that won her the Best Actress Academy Award in Terms Of Endearment) is still as cantankerous and meddling as ever.
She continues to worry about her grandchildren including troublesome Juliette Lewis while being wooed by her much younger therapist Bill Paxton and bickering with her late daughter's best friend Miranda Richardson. In fact everyone with whom she comes in contact suffers the unwanted advice and unrelenting interference of the woman you can't help but love... Aurora.
