Sanville, California, once a quaint, picturesque town, has fallen upon hard times. Now plagued by crime and vandalism, the town has slowly begun to deteriorate. Only a miracle could possibly save it. Two weeks before Christmas, a miracle arrives in the form of a mysterious stranger (Hulk Hogan), convinced that he is the Real Santa Claus.
