A brutal murder is broadcast live on the internet. One by one a series of ever more gruesome executions go live as a demented serial killer hijacks the internet for his sick game. The public is horrified and fixated at the same time as millions choose to view the carnage. But this killer has a message. He believes it's his duty to protect citizens from the failings of America's cyber-security - this killer is "Digital Jesus". In order to spread his message, the killer forces people who wish to watch the executions to first endure a webcast of his political rantings: that is, to see the killings, one must hear what the killer has to say.
