In the tradition of "ROBOCOP" and "THE TERMINATOR" comes this non-stop thrill ride for fans who like their action packed and their heroes tough. Ex-cop Jack (David Bradley - "American Ninja"), receives a desperate phone call from his brother. He is on an island in the Caribbean and has uncovered a secret conspiracy led by Kessel (John Rhys-Davies - "Lord of the Rings", Raiders of the lost Ark") to take living humans and turn them into cyborg killing machines. When Jack arrives on the island he finds himself too late to save his brother, he is now part-human, part-machine, one of the army being assembled by the mad-man. Now Jack must use all of his fighting skills and weapons training to take on the cyborgs and restore order.
