Undercover international crime fighter Grant Orion (Eric Roberts) is a man who thrives on courting danger. Deep in a dangerous rainforest, Grant test his mettle by free falling off the edge of nearby mountain cliffs. When attractive photographer Katy Mazur (Pamela Gidley) arrives on assignment, Grant's life is turned upside down. Though Katy tells him that she's engaged to her boss, publisher Dex Dellum (Jeff Fahey), she draws Grant into a night of passion. When Katy flies to London to meet Dex, Grant unexpectedly shows up at the restaurant where they are dining. Assailants open fire on Dex and Grant saves Katy, pulling her away from the bloody scene. As they are pursued, Grant figures out that he's been drawn into an international conspiracy, where Katy is a beautiful pawn unwittingly holding the secret to vast fortunes.
