Tom Canboro (Gary Busey - Under Seige, Fear & Loathing In Las Vegas, Predator 2) leads a simple, happy life, surrounded by his loving wife (Sherry Miller - The Virgin Suicides, Johnny Mnemonic, TV's Kingdom Hospital) and his sister (Margot Kidder - The Amityville Horror, Superman, Black Christmas). But, one evening all of that changes. On this night his life is forever altered by a car accident that leaves him unconscious. Waking up years later in a hospital bed, Tom finds himself in a world unlike anything he could have ever imagined. Is the devil really running the world, or is Tom still lying in that bed, with all of this nothing more than a creation of his badly damaged brain?
It doesn't take Tom long to realise that the world has changed dramatically, and there may be no other explanation that the fact that Bible prophecy is coming to pass right before his eyes! Millions have disappeared and no one who has been left behind can ever remember that they ever existed!
