Chappy has retired from active service and has opened a Flight School for juvenile delinquents. To help train his six difficult charges, Chappy has enlisted the aid of former fighter pilot, Doug Masters. While on a routine training mission, Doug and two students stumble upon a convoy of corrupt Air Force Officers with a sinister plan involving biological warfare. When Air Force Intelligence refuses to investigate, Chappy launches his own effort and together with his students, he's going to take the convoy on head to head as only he knows how.
