Kabukicho is a forgotten world. A place where people of different tongues and races meet, where they fight against each other to gain money, power and territory.

Kenichi (Takeshi Kaneshiro) deals in stolen goods in Kabukicho, a battleground for criminal groups from all over the contient. Half Chinese and half Japanese, he was once a member of the Taiwan mafia, but he soon realized that his mixed blood left him no future. He decides to operate alone, using his wits to keep himself safely balanced among the contending Taiwan, Shanghai, and Beijing criminal groups.

When Ryu's former partner Fu-chun mysteriously reappears after having fled the country after killing the right-hand man of Yuan Cheng Kuei, don of the Shanghai mafia. Yuan wants to get even and attempts to do so by using Kenichi. Meanwhile, Fu-chun's girlfriend, Natsumi Sato (Mirai Yamamoto) turns up to sell something to Kenichi.

Kenichi is drawn into a deadly game pitting the three groups against each other. He is also drawn to Natsumi, but she will lie, cheat or do whatever she needs to ensure her survival. Under these circumstances, where the stakes are life or death, they find themselves inevitably drawn to each other. But can she be trusted.
