TT 2005 witnessed dramatic changes with the all-new Superbike, Supersport A & B and Superstock races each going to four different winners! McGuinness was the only rider to go on to clinch two victories, bringing his total TT wins to eight. The sidecar races were just as nailbiting, with victory going to Nick Crowe & Darren Hope in Sidecar A. Dave Molyneux stormed back in Sidecar B to become not only the most successful sidecar driver in TT history taking his 11th victory; but also the first to break the elusive 20 minute barrier on three wheels!
