Jermaine 'Huggy' Hopkins stars as Benny - the boy who would be king this summer.

Until that is, he is forced to flip burgers in the local Bakersfield burger joint.

But some fast-talk from silky-smooth buddy Durrel, convinces Benny to "borrow" his father's prized Mercedes adn high-tail it to the warm sandy beaches of L.A.

All they have to do is sell a few sets of shades and they'll be sippin' Pina Colada's and check'n out the babes on the beach. Until it all goes horribly wrong...

... With his future, his dad's wrath, and true love hanging in the balance, it's Benny's turn to make his moves in the sand.
