There are two side to every story...

John is a college professor at a respected university and teaches a liberal arts course. He is an attractive married man in the final stages of purchasing a new home. He is also a candidate for tenure. Carol is a student at the same university. Average looking and single, she lives in a student dorm. Carol has recently learned that she is failing John's course.

Carol appears at John's office without an appointment but with an agenda: to discuss her grades. Days later, John's perfect life is in tatters as he faces charges of sexual harassment and physical misconduct.

Academy Award nominee, William H. Macy (Fargo) and newcomer, Debra Eisenstadt, star in the intense and power hungry tale of truth, lies and that grey area in between.
