Whoever marries the beautiful Princess Ukio will become the ruler of the world. Lord Donjo (Akira Nakao) makes a deal with the evil magician, Kashin Koji to help take over the throne of the Shogunate by marrying Ukio. When Koji's five deadly monks capture Ukio's twin sister Kagura Ibi, Jotaro (Hiroyuki Sanada) heads after them to rescue both Ukio and Kagura with the help of a mysterious ninja.
