The outrageous Whoopi Goldberg lends her vocal talents to the voice of 'Blizzard' in this sweet and heart-warming Yuletide tale of a young girl and her friendship with one of Santa's magical reindeer.

When her family is forced to move, Katie is devastated to have to leave her friends and beloved ice-skating lessons behind. Her sadness is felt by Blizzard, a reindeer with magical powers, who risks banishment from Santa's village to visit Katie and help her through this difficult time. With the use of her special powers, Blizzard helps Katiee realise her inner strength and potential, but when Blizzard is discovered and threatened with banishment, Katie and Blizzard must band together as only their true friendship can save Blizzard form life in exile.
