The sequel to Ring.

Pathologist Dr Andou finds a cryptic note inside a a body that leads him to a mysterious videotape.

The tape is said to have the power to kill anyone who sees it within a week.

When Andou believes his friend's ghost is guiding him, he decides to watch the tape, soon discovering the tape has horrific plans for him.
