The holidays are usually an eventful time at England's most eccentric parish. This year proves to be no exception for the infamous chocoholic female vicar, Reverend Geraldine Grainger and the weird and wonderful inhabitants of Dibley.

As Geraldine's 10th anniversary as Vicar of Dibley approaches, it's double party time in this charming tale of alcoholism, gluttony, promiscuity and ecclasiastical disaster which, fortunately, ends very happily indeed!
Happy New Year 2005
As Dibley rings in the start of 2005 Geraldine is determined to mark the 20th anniversary of Live Aid and Not her impending 40th birthday. The villagers are determined to give her a birthday present she'll never forget. Unable to choose between anti-aging cream and Mel Gibson, they opt instead for a night out at a Speed-Dating Extravaganza! Love may not be around the corner, but, in a strange twist of fate, the parishioners celebrate together in a way that Geraldine admits is the best birthday present she could have hoped for.
