In Mer Hughes' Cricket Challenge, up to four players at a time have the opportunity to work their way up the challenge ladder by answering Merv's cricket trivia questions correctly. Competitors must battle their way through the 16 ladder positions, and then through 2 Semi-final matches to get to the World Cup Final.

For World Cup final winners, there is an opportunity to play Merv's Super Challenge: special questions designed for hardcore fans of the game - selected by the cricketing legend himself. Winners of the Super Challenge will receive a password and be able to enter themselves into Merv Hughes' Cricket Challenge online Hall Of Fame.
