1989, 83 minutes, Rated M

Rutger Hauer (Blade Runner, The Hitcher) delivers a pitch-perfect performance in this film favourite from director Phillip Noyce that's crammed with "almost non-stop action (Variety)".

Hauer is Nick Parker, a Vietnam Vet who returns home after years missing in action; minus his sight but with lethal new skills as an expert swordsman. Skills that will be put to the test when he tries to rescue an old army buddy who's in deep trouble with the mob.

Co-starring Terrance O'Quinn (from TV's Lost) and featuring martial arts legend Sho Kosugi, Blind Fury is an original, enjoyable action/comedy. It's outta sight entertainment that fans of films like Shanghai Knights and Kung Fu Hustle shouldn't miss!
