Seoul Raiders is the electrifying sequel to director Jingle Ma's hugely successful blockbuster, Tokyo Raiders.
Tony Leung (Infernal Affairs, Hero) reprises his role as Japanese special agent Lam, this time on an intricate search for a pair of "Avenger" plates, used to make counterfeit U.S. bank notes. During the hunt, he befriends foxy thief JJ (Shu Qi) and a US Embassy staffer Owen (Richie Jen), a double agent who manages to con the plates out of Lam and flee to Korea. Lam and JJ immediately follow in his tracks, only to be confronted by the legendary mafia kingpin Polar Bear, a top dog of the largest counterfeit organization in Asia. Lam, JJ and Owen, who has a few secrets up his sleeve, are thrown deep into Korea's criminal underworld and will need to forget their differences if they want to make it out alive...
A heated game of thievery and double cross burns up the screen in this sexy international spy thriller.
