2005, 105 minutes, Rated MA

Comedy and drama intertwine in this touching tale of the problems that occur when a son turns 18.

Pamela and her son Paul's relationship changes markedly over a period of around twelve months after Pamela's husband runs off with his mistress. She then discovers that her son is gay and she innocently tries to seduce his lover.

Full of the accidents and coincidences of a Shakespearean comedy, Food of Love walks a tightrope between parody and plausibility that by the end will leave you truly breathless.
