It's just another day at the office for NYPD Detective Kevin Harrison (Michael Madsen - Reservoir Dogs, Kill Bill 1 & 2). He's only days away from retiring but before he can, he has to solve his final case.
A string of brutal killings in the crime underworld have the police scrambling for answers. Even more bizarre is the link between the current killings and the murder of Harrison's own partner two years earlier.
With each successive killing, more elaborate clues are left behind to taunt the police, including scrambled pieces of a giant jigsaw puzzle forced down the throats of the victims.
As the web of deception and lies unravel, the truth slowly begins to reveal itself. Are the police simply pawns in somebody's twisted game? Are they really chasing a serial killer or are they chasing ghosts?
