In the third and final series of this award winning comedy, the love-hate relationship between Lady Audrey Fforbes-Hamilton and urbane millionaire Richard DeVere will come full circle - but not before more misadventures and point-scoring occur! Audrey's zeal for preserving traditions involve her in assorted crises, from building a new scout hall to saving the local railway station from closure and finding ways to make changes on the Grantleigh estate. When her uncle dies Audrey's sudden inheritance brings her the fortune she was once accustomed to, whilst Richard is in danger of a takeover coup by his company's directors. If he manages to retain the business, will he be able to raise the capital to maintain it?
