Steadfast. Disciplined. Responsible. That's Mr Clockwork - Al Foutain, a man who lives for supervising, both in work and family. Meanwhile, the job Al is supervising is in Drip Rock-a small fictitious town evoking mythical aspects of Middle America and through a series of escalating, inter-connected accidents, Al is forced to spend the next 5 days with a messy, irresponsible juvenile delinquent who has no concept of time, but embraces the spirit of life. A recipe of hallucinogenics, misdemeanors and romance seduce Al into a kind of timeless wonderland where freedom gently pushes aside one man's perception of control, for the sake of a more fulfilling life.
