It's difficult uncovering the truth when everyone is living a lie.
It should have been a straightforward investigation. A suspect in a brutal murder case is hauled in for questioning. A lie detector test is administered. The result should lead to a conviction. But when wealthy psychology graduate, John Wayland is interrogated by detectives, Braxton and Kennesaw, nothing is straightforward. Although it is clear that Wayland is lying, the detectives can't quite catch him out. And then it begins, Wayland turns the tables on his interrogators. It seems that he has been investigating the policemen who are investigating him - and he has uncovered that each is lying, that each has something to hide. With the power and suspicion quickly shifting, the truth is never quite clear and the real criminal getting more and more difficult to pick...
