From the Director of America Pie & About A Boy, Hugh Grant has never been better as the sleazy self-centred host of the hugely popular television programme, American Dreamz. Aspiring Dreamz finalists include Sally (Mandy Moore), a Southern belle who is sugar and spice in front of the camera and not-so-nice in real-life and Omer, a reluctant contestant with a penchant for show tunes.

With the President of the United States (Dennis Quaid) serving as a guest judge of the final night of the season, the stage is set for an explosive show the nation will never forget.
