Ultimate Force is a muscular, unyielding action adventure series, inspired by the bestselling SAS thrillers by former Bravo Two Zero trooper, Chris Ryan.
Focusing on new recruit, Jamie Dow, played by talented newcomer Jamie Draven (Billy Elliot, Messiah) the series charts his entry and progress' into the elite SAS team led by experienced soldier, Henno Garvie, played by Ross Kemp (Eastenders, Spartacus, The Crooked Man).
Jamie is quiet, thoughtful and unassuming. Haunted by a tough alcoholic stepfather, his escape was either prison or the army. Choosing the army, his natural abilities have shone through and Henno soon realises that Jamie possesses exceptional skills that he has only seen in one other soldier - himself.
Single-minded, brave and tough as hell, Henno is the consummate SAS soldier and a natural leader of men. Jamie will have to work hard to earn his approval and a place in the team. From home-loving Pete Twanley to babe-magnet Jem Poynton, they are a disparate bunch drawn together only by their love of the Regiment.
From hostage situations to top-secret undercover operations, they utilise cutting-edge technology, fast cars, military hardware and their own unique training. Called upon in times of extreme danger, they readily put their lives on the line for the sake of their country.
