Small towns can hide big secrets. Fred, the local mortician, is hiding the biggest of them all. Through pure luck, he has discovered a serum that when injected into a corpse can revive it for an hour at a time. Realizing the possibilities of his new discovery, Fred plans to resurrect an army of the living dead to do his evil bidding, including murder.
Fred's Botox-loving, self-obsessed ex-wife Helen, who is now engaged to the local chief of police Captain Winston is determined to run the funeral home out of business. When Fred becomes aware of Helen's plot he unleashes an army of the undead to get her back into his life. Eliminated Captain Winston and take care of anyone else who stands in the way.
