Kevin Dillon (Kieran Culkin "Igby Goes Down") and his mother (Sharon Stone "Broken Flowers") have moved next door to Maxwell Kane (Elden Henson "Lords Of Dogtown") and his grandparents (Gena Rowlands "The Notebook" and Harry Dean Stanton "The Pledge).
Thirteen year old Max is a giant boy in size 1.4 shoes who's slow in school, short on courage and long on not fitting in. "Then he meets Kevin, a tiny Einstein in leg braces with more lip and nerve than any kid in town. They've always been outcasts and to the local thugs, they're "Frankenstein and Igor". But united, with Kevin perched on Max's giant shoulders, they form a single courageous warrior. Like the noblest knights of King Arthur's court, this fearless combination, known as 'The Mighty' sets out on a daring quest for greatness and the common good, ultimately discovering the mightiest treasure of all- friendship.
