Bale is Jim Davis, an emotionally damaged Gulf war vet whose dysfunctional friendship with Mike (Freddy Rodriguez, Six Feet Under) is fuelled by booze, drugs and explosions of psychotic violence. Cruising the mean-streets of South Central LA, theirs is a world drenched in machismo and viciousness-where every bad deed begets another.

Because of his unstable psychological condition, Jim is rejected by the LAPD and now his simmering resentment is about to boil over. With nothing to lose. Jim's rampage against society is going to ignite a catastrophic series of events. And when he goes down, he's taking Mike with him. Also starring Desperate Housewives' sexy Eva Longoria.
