Picking up where Saw II left off, Jigsaw - the puppet-master behind the cruel, intricate games - and his new apprentice Amanda (Shawnee Smith) have eluded capture and vanished. While city detectives scramble to locate them, a young Doctor is unaware that she is about to become the latest pawn on Jigsaw's vicious chessboard.
