Follow the hysterical antics of Nathan Nut, a man who escapes from the mental hospital where he has been institutionalized for 36 years. He is reunited with his extremely successful identical twin brother Philbert, which causes some outrageously silly mishaps. Philbert's longsuffering wife Diane and his mistress/housekeeper Miss Tress are completely fooled and in a twist of fate Philbert is sent 'back' to the institution!
