Despite being in a happy, long-term relationship with the beautiful and kind Jenna (Jacinda Barrett), Michael (Zach Braff) has a severe case of commitment phobia. And as he approaches his 30th birthday, he is haunted by the thought of never kissing any other woman again or having any more "surprises" in his life. So when Jenna announces she is pregnant and starts making nesting noises, Michael is thinking of making tracks. Enter the young, sexy and very available college student. Kim (Rachel Bilson). She is smitten with Michael and presents the perfect opportunity for him to escape his life. So does he cut and run off with his young starlet or stay with his current love and always wonder? Either way. Michael is set to discover that how ever inconvenient or confronting, growing up is unavoidable.
