"A struggle for survival starts now."

Presidential candidate Stuart Davis plans a trip to the Balkans to negotiate the release of American servicemen being held hostage. Before he leaves, he receives a disk documenting evidence that the Vice-President is behind the Balkan conflict. Candidate Davis decides to expose the information in the hopes of ending the war. However, rogue Secret Service agents hijack the candidate's plane and kill the pilots. Only one man can save Davis, washed-out Air Force Officer Jack Tyree (Brian Bosworth), who must take control of the plane and land it safely.
