Let the manhunt begin...

Five friends head to a remote island for a weekend getaway. But after one of them is attacked by a vicious dog, it becomes clear that they are not alone on the island. Something just doesn't seem right about the dogs that are showing up and although the dogs do not want them there... they won't let them leave.
