When fifth grader James' parents divorce, it becomes apparent he's not alone at school, so he creates a support club for other kids with divorced parents. The Splitsville gang becomes the in-crowd at school and now kids are trying to gain membership by any means possible. Splitting up is now becoming what is bringing them together.
